I found that old post. It's more than 20 bytes that are different, but I'm still pretty sure that none of the differences matter for patch development.

Yes it will work, and it will covert your car to a Legacy GT in the process ;-)

Thanks NSFW and dschultz. I've previously applied a Merpmod patch to A2WC522S and added the Overrun Fueling map to the definition by pointing to the relevant addresses by listing them in the A2WC522S.xml file for ecuflash. However, I was looking for any flexfuel patches for either the A2WC522N or A2WC522S. I wasn't able to find any posts relating to these patches, am I missing something?

Dan

That might not have been ported to the LGT/OBXT ROMs. Sorry if I misunderstood your question.

There's been a couple of posts regarding d2wd701c.

One of the issues with this rom is that the rear O2(s) doesn't appear to be supported in SSM routines. If I've been looking in the correct place in the FSM, this model does appear to have rear O2 sensors, I just haven't been able to elucidate how it works/track ram addresses in the code for the rom thus far. Perhaps others might be able to offer some suggestions on this?

As the car doesn't have TGVs, the other possibility for a flex sensor would be using the MAF input. I'm not sure there's going to be too many who want to move to SD though, just for the purposes of flex.

One of the other complicating matters is that there are a number of extra tables for VVL (eg base timing), that would have to be integrated into the existing code in HEW, an area in which I'm no particular expert.....

Hi guys,

Any chance getting the porting for AZ1G401V and A8DH200V? I went through the entire post and could not find these.

Also, very noob question, how do we use these patches?   Do we just open "patch.bin" and load it to the car?

Thanks in advance

Any files for A2ZJB10J? I've been considering going cobb but if you have a solution open source would be much better for me for flex fuel. All i would really use is Flex fuel, speed density, launch control. Any other neat features i wouldnt mind to test. Also i need your paypal, would like to contribute a little for your time!

Hi Andea,
Thank you very much for all this work.
I am using the latest version AZ1G202G for flashing an AZ1J500G.
The map blending between tables 1 and 2 (fuel and timing) works very well. (I use the right TGV entry).
But I can not use it for injector scaling. When I log MerpMod Injector scaling, the value varies well, but no effect on the injectors calibration (in close loop mode the AF correction does not move, with a steady AFR at 14.7, when I change the map blending ratio of 0 to 1. I put 1 to 2 in the Map Blending Injector scaling multiply)?
Did I make a mistake?
Thanks in advance...

OK, thank you for your answer, I did not imagine it would be so complicated and that this rom was so different from the other ones.
I will try to find an other solution to drive with E85

if you feel like testing again :) please try the attached rom also ... I have eliminated some ecuid conditions from the code even though they should not brick the ecu with a modified ecu id

I have also opened/corrected checksums/saved in ecuflash so if you don't have to transfer the tune you can use patched.bin from the zip ...

You can also test the previous rom version with checksums corrected/saved and original ecuid ...

Another test will be for sure, but first i need to revive the brick  Btw the brick behaved as if it was in test mode, with fans running, but without actual write access.

Today I bought another ECU, so till the end of the week i will make another test with v2.
Cheers!

Today was the second attempt and voilla - now i have the possibility to make my dashboard like Christmas tree :D
Again, thank you, andea79
