Hello all!

Does anyone know if it’s possible to add a folder inside of a folder for the definition template? So instead of having each folder only able to hold maps, allowing it to hold maps and other folders as well. I’ve defined over 2400 maps for my specific Nissan ROM and it’s just so cluttered having individual folders having to be spread out. I’m using the user level stuff to try organizing it a bit more but I just want to see what my options are.

But at this point, I'm out of options. Even splitting up some of the larger folders into three folders results in still having to scroll quite a bit in each of them

So I've recently discovered that tuner software is able to do exactly what I need! They allow you to have two subfolders within the main folder, which is incredible. But obviously I'm far too deep into ROM disassembly to switch to .xdefinition formatting. I also don't particularly like the GUI that tuner software has compared to RomRaider's.

But the main idea is that it seems like it would be as simple as just adding "category2" and "category3" attributes to the table templates to allow them to be subfolders. Of course, this is after figuring out whatever nonsense has to be added to make RomRaider compatible.

If anybody finds this: Since 0.8.0 it is possible to create subcategories with "//" inside the category attribute
